To my techs of color do not shop here. I frequent this shop every other weekend spending at least $100 each visit. I went yesterday and before I made it inside I was yelled down by the owner telling me I need a license to shop. I said no problem because I have one. Then he said I can’t bring in my purse which is odd considering I always have it with me but ok I put my bag up front. As I’m shopping I notice a white woman and an asain woman shopping with purses the same size as mine and they were not asked to leave it up front. If that’s the policy it should be inflicted on all guest not just those of color. (there was another black girl who was told to put her purse up front as well) It’s belittling and embarrassing to be made out of a thief in front of many strangers. Do not go get Majesty Nail Supply is around the corner and they greeted me upon entering and were very professional and helpful. I recommend going there over Today.

Today Nail Supply has seen such a marvelous transformation since the new ownership last year. They have truly evolved into the go-to community nail supply store. The owners are sincere and earnest in their want to help the Triad. Never pushy or judgmental, they always have the most cutting-edge and latest in glamour, technology and accessories. Their communication is great, although there is one person who stocks there whose English isn’t the strongest, which may be perceived as discriminatory or dismissive to some, but he’s a well-meaning and respectful fella. The prices are always fair and competitively priced, lower than other local supply stores for sure. For example, their box of 50 face masks only goes for $17; at the Home Depot, last time I was there, a box of 50 was well over $30! The layout is easy to navigate and always well-stocked with up-to-date inventory. I just absolutely adore, love, and cherish shopping here, every trip is a joy indeed!

They will follow you around the store the WHOLE time. This weird man keeps trying to touch and hold my hand when I come in. They are very rude will bump you and keep working. It’s like they package the same mma monomer in every bottle they sale (even if it says no mma). I recommend shopping online this place is absolute trash!!!!!

Great customers service friendly people

The store itself is ok, but the employees are another story. They tell women of color they are not allowed to bring in “oversized” purses and they follow you a round the store with no shame. I have spent hundreds of dollars in the store just to be treated like a thief. Also I went there once to purchase an acrylic powder holder, when I got I home I realized THEY had put a polish holder in my trunk. I immediately went back to try to exchange. Well when THEY took it back out my trunk and brought it inside THEY opened the box and pulled the holder out and said it was cracked and could not be returned or exchanged. Mind you I never touched the box myself, so how are you holding me responsible for the item being damaged and the fact that YOU brought the wrong item to my car. I will no longer be patronizing this establishment. I will not spend my money somewhere that they don’t even want me in anyway. I’ll stick to ordering from Amazon!!! I would have given zero stars if I could’ve!!!

Owner very super friendly and well know products

Never again! If I could give them one star, I would. Today was the first time I attempted to shop here and planned to spend a lot of money. However, as soon as I entered, I was told I had to have a mask on, which was fine. I asked if they had some, as I didn’t mind buying. They gave me one. I proceeded to begin shopping at the front of the store when I noticed one of the clerks just standing behind me watching me. Once we locked eyes, he started trying to tell me something, which I couldn’t understand due to his poor English. He then guided me to the front of the register to show me a sign saying no big purses allowed in the store (assuming my big Kate Spade purse) and asked if I wanted them to keep it up front or take it back to the car. I said I would take it back to the car. Upon my return, another woman entered the store with a much smaller purse that was zipped closed, and they told her the same thing. At the same time, we noticed another woman (of a different race) shopping with no mask and about the same size bag as the other woman. We both decided to leave immediately and shop elsewhere. I’ve never had that happen to me and am beyond appalled.

Even though they have everything you need their customer service could be better. Went in the store to ask for an item they stated they had it so I asked if they could show us where it was at. The older man tried to find it while the lady behind the table just sat there looking at papers. So after getting other supplies I needed, aI came back to the counter thinking they had it, i asked again and they repeated what i said and just stood there while watching each other. By this time i began to get aggravated. So the woman stands up and puts the item on the counter that was sitting on the shelf behind the counter the whole time. I was burning up. So i decided not to get it and went some where else.

Employees make you feel uncomfortable the minute you walk in the store.

Felt overcharged not going to lie . it’s pretty good place but i feel like they should put the prices on the items atleast

This supply store is wonderful! All of the prices are clearly displayed, they had a large selection of products, and the staff was very helpful and friendly! It was a great experience!

Any and everything for nail spa needs. And the owners are very helpful. Definitely my new favorite store!! Must tell everyone!
