I recently purchased a car from Broadway Chevrolet. The experience was wonderful from start to finish. I would recommend asking for Joe Rose for anyone looking to purchase a new Vehicle. My husband and I wanted to purchase a new Camaro. Because of the shortage of computer chips it took longer than we expected to receive it and believe me it was worth the wait. Throughout the course of the wait, Joe kept us up to date on what was happening with the car and when to expected it. After we received the car, Joe took the time to go over all the information about the car and showed me how to everything works. A couple of days after we had the car he checked up with us and made sure everything was going well with the car and made it a point to insure us that if we had any other questions we could contact him. He is so professional and just a wonderful person to work with. We will definitely be asking for Joe.

It took two months for them to get my car fixed after it was stolen and wrecked. when I went to pick it up it looked horrible parts were not bolted on, missing parts, some of the repair work was not done, way too much to write. I I refused to take it and pay for it so it’s still sitting there, waiting to find out what the resolution is going to be because the quality of work is unacceptable.

Usually I don’t enjoy shopping/purchasing a vehicle, but this time was actually a good experience. Turner was great to work with, no complaints, and the others employees I spoke with were very nice and helpful as well. Have already recommended them to ppl based on this experience. My wife and I are loving our new Traverse Redline!

Checked their web site for hours of service. It stated from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM on Saturday. Took my vehicle in at 12:31 and was told they close at 12:30. Was asked to return on Monday. I always wanted to check out Gandrud’s service. I guess I will give them a try on Monday.

Had the worst experience here. Service was slow. Local shop told us it was a 5 hour repair. It took them a day and a half. And the price was literally double what we had been quoted from our local auto shop. Unfortunately our local auto shop ultimately could not do the repair because they didnt have a GMC specific tool and thus we had to use a dealership. Ridiculously overpriced and took them twice as long, so why would we ever go back? Recommend if you can go elsewhere, do so.

We purchased the Suburban last Thursday. Prior to the purchase we gave a list of items that needed to be completed. One was to attempt to buff out some scratches I believe they tried this. Others were GPS doesnt work, they told me its a package thing that isnt available. Not true according to internet, it needs antenna replaced. Inside of vehicle was dirty, thought this would be easy they always polish it up before the sale, nope seats still dirty, dash dust, carpets dirty....! My wife had to clean it! Rear hitch cover has some tabs broken off, they were going to fix this, trailer hitch cover was in the back cargo area not fixed or replaced. We will see what they can do for us on our next visit, thanks Ed

Over the years Ive purchased vehicles from a variety of dealerships in the area, including Chrysler World, Gandrud and Bergstrom. This is the second vehicle Ive purchased from Broadway and after this experience Ill never go anywhere else. In a market where vehicles are so hard to find, making sales easier, the team at Broadway went above and beyond making this one of the best overall purchasing experiences Ive had.

Anthony is our service rep. when we pull into the service doors. He and everyone comes to put paper on the floor and a plastic steering wheel cover on. We are greeted always with smiles. And if you dont know where to relax, they take you to 2 waiting rooms with wall TVs and chairs that you sink in. Theres even a remote that if you ask if anybody is watching tv, and they say no you can change the channelSo do I love my Broadway??? YES YES YES.

Fixed my 2021 Yukon Denali in a day, when Bergstroms GMC of Green Bay had it for 7 days and couldnt find the problem.

Dave Vandsrsteeg (not sure on spelling) has always been friendly and helpful, he has sold me a truck in the past.. I worked with a younger guy recently too, I forget his name but he was very professional also. Like everywhere else prices are still a little high right now but at least this location was willing to work with me on my trade in. If they have what you need id recommend stopping in there.

My husband and I were easy customers. We had a new vehicle picked out (from their lot), had minimal questions about the vehicle and didnt really negotiate price in any way. We purchased a brand-new vehicle, end of month, on a Monday evening. At our signing appointment we felt very rushed, and the attention to detail just didnt feel 100%-- because there were still three other appointments following us. After we got our vehicle home (and putzed with the technology), we found out that the vehicle did not have car-net as advertised. We contacted our sales person the following morning, Brett, and after a few emails back and forth, he let us know that it may be missing the device (something that happened in another VW model)--but that he would get back to me after speaking with Brandon (service). I was the one to continually follow up- which brings me back to present, Friday- a full week after purchasing, and still no resolution to the lack of car-net. My initial rating (presently) is 3 out of 5 stars; but I will happily amend to 4 out of 5 stars if we come back with a solution to our problem.9/8/20– edited star rating, service department was great. Provided a loaner for me, fixed the issue with car-net, and communicated throughout.

Oil change and tire rotation within an hr was Great!

My car has been in storage since September. I had to jump start it on March 1st. On March 2nd, it couldnt even be jump started. It had to be towed. I called the service dept and spoke with Katie. She set up the tow and no more than an hour later, the dealer had the car.Because the car had sat so long, GM was questioning whether or not they would cover replacement cost (in orl out of warranty for a 2018 Camaro). Katie spoke with the GM folks and they made good on everything. Thank you Katie. I will definitely be back.

Never go to Broadway Collision Center!! They painted the wrong color on my truck. They want to charge me again if I want this service done again! Dont waste your money here!

The service staff were friendly and courteous. The time we spent there was disappointing. We went for a tire rotation and oil change which was supposed to take 45 mins and we had them also make a duplicate key. We ended up there for 2 hours and felt that was too lengthy of a wait for what was being done, especially at a dealership that sells the vehicle we brought in.

Was disappointed . When the vehicle was completed NO ONE came out to tell us. Was ridiculous that they just sit there and you as a customer have to go see after2 hrs waiting for oil change & tire rotation. RIDICULOUS!!

We were looking for a second car. We had a budget and needed to stick to that budget. We found a car, the Linda and the rest of the team at Broadway made it work, no hassles, upfront, and no hidden fees or added extras.

I went to this location to have an oil change and upon returning for my car, there was a massive hole near the front bumper that did not exist before. Upon sharing this to the receptionist, she indicated she did not believe me until I showed her the hole herself. Broadway had to take an additional two days to repair the damage that they themselves created.

We have always had outstanding service from Broadway on Ashland Ave in Green Bay. This is the 2nd new car purchase with Ryan Brennan and he was GREAT! GREAT PLACE TO BUY A CAR OR TRUCK !

In this day of quarantine, I had a leased Equinox that was to be turned in 4/28. Fortunately I had test driven a variety of vehicles and decided to go with another Equinox. Previous years I dealt with another dealership but we couldn’t come to an agreement. I called Broadway Auto and received a call back from Joe Rose. I explained my situation and asked what he could do price wise on the Equinox I wanted. He asked if he could get back to me which he did and came in with a higher price then the other dealer which I explained to him. He asked if he could back to me after consulting with someone else. The next morning he called with a lower price and no money down. He brought the paperwork to my home the next day, I filled it out while he waited and he said he’d get back to me once the financials were verified and approved in a day or two. He called back within two hours and was ready to deliver that same afternoon but I still had a couple weeks left on my lease so wanted to wait until the next week. He delivered it the following week, took mine in and got the final paperwork done for the lease and came back again with that. It was a very unusual experience with not setting foot in the dealership but Joe made the entire experience hassle free, practiced social distancing and was very accommodating. Thanks Joe for all your help and making this transaction easy peasy!

Use mainly for oil changes/tire rotations. Their a bit timely in completing these services. Plan for an hour or even more at times. However, I feel theyre thorough and concise, so I will continue to use them in the future. Friendly staff, TV, fruit, popcorn, and toys even for the kids while you wait.

Poor customer service, lied to me about necessary repairs, refused to provide explanation of part replacement based off of codes without proper diagnostic, failed to complete my recall properly and left 2 of the 6 propeller shaft bolts loose. Over priced incompetent parts changers with poor attitudes

Broadway Automotive provided a great car-buying experience. The sales session was short and simple. Fairly low pressure approach, except for the signs at each salespersons desk about the car you are looking at today and thinking about buying tomorrow may be bought by someone today who had looked at it yesterday. Otherwise, it was a relatively low-pressure experience. Also, the website says that each purchase comes with a full tank of gas, but my car was half-full at time of purchase. Financing paperwork was quick and easy. Warranty overview in vehicle was excellently done. Very personable.
