This is an excellent dealership. Travis and Alec dont try to push anything on you, are good at answering your questions, and are friendly without being unctuous (so many used car salesmen are the latter). I had to come back on a subsequent day with extra paperwork (I came from out of state for my purchase), and Travis was happy to meet me at a notary off site to complete the paperwork. The dealership also supplies their cars with a 3000 mile/3-month warranty good at any shop with a certified SAE mechanic. I would not hesitate to buy here again.

I bought a car from this dealership. The sales man was very nice, the mechanic was rude. Not even two weeks after owning the car I had to get the gas reservoir done the brackets broke. I bought new brackets with my own money and only got one put on (9hours later). Then about a month month an a half later I have a $4000 lawn Ornament. I call and texted about the car an was told to contact the mechanic, which last time I tried that for my gas tank it took a week and that was me take the car to the dealership ship and dropping it off! I spent all my money on this car, I have 5 kids and don’t have money to waste. Never again am I buying a car from here nor am I telling my friends to.

From the first message I sent to Travis he was straight forward with me. He was quick to get back to me and made himself available on the spot to show me a car. I got there he was very professional and everything was as he said it was. The car was beautiful and runs perfect. The carfax is available inside every car on the lot and there is nothing hidden. Two years ago my son and I bought an SUV, 98,000 miles. The vehicle stills runs great! The prices was even better. It was the perfect vehicle for my son starting college and traveling back and forth 3 hours, school to home. The service was by far the best I ever encountered. I had issues with license plate as I just moved back from IL to WI and he helped me right away and explained why and helped me resolve it. Its not easy finding a used car salesman but Youngs is the real deal. I hope your prices and service never changes because youre well on your way to being successful. To me youre already a success! I will be calling you in 2 years. My son and I both should be ready to upgrade our vehicles. I spent a few months looking all over Wisconsin and the surrounding states for a Mazda 3 hatchback. Shockingly 2 hours away from my residence my search has ended, I pulled up and was greeted politely by a nice young man named Travis Young. After taking a good overall look at the car I knew it had to be mine. I turned on the AC and smelled the heavy fragrance of free-on. Travis was just as confused as I was and told me it would be fixed. I threw down some money so that he could hold it for me and I drove home. A week later I drove the the 2 hours again to come back and claim my beautiful Mazda 3 hatch that I have ever so patiently waited months to find. With the promise of everything working, only to come half way home to the blower motor breaking. The heat and AC stopped working completely. I messaged Travis and he was concerned as well but more than happy to fix it. I paid him ONLY 100$ for the fix and drove away feeling good that all the stress and worry has subsided. He also gave me 50$ for my time and the gas money I spent going back and forth. Travis Young gets an A++. I love my Mazda 3 hatch ❤️❤️-quick respond time-punctual-understanding-helpful

Travis did mention he would not be using the same guy. I watched a couple YouTube videos about car detailing, two hours and it looked brand new. It was good bonding experience with the new purchase.
