First off, I NEVER post reviews about anything. Al and Hassan are two of the nicest people I have met in this business PERIOD. I recently took my friends car in for headlight replacement and they were PROFESSIONAL, FAST and extremely HOSPITABLE. So much so that I took my vehicle in today and once again got the exact same treatment for my repair. I also can’t imagine that their prices can be beat anywhere. Thank you so much guys, we will be back!!

I took my car in on a Saturday after work. I was greeted by Eddie. He was very nice and professional. He told me he would be done by a certain time and he was right on time. He fixed things that werent on my bill. He gave me a great deal and I saved a lot of money. I would definitely go back if I had any other repairs.

Went next door to belle tire, and was told they wouldn’t be able to see me. Walked over to total car care and told them the issue and they took care of me in 5 mins. Removed the screw from my tire, patched it up and sent me on my way. Don’t hesitate to stop in for any of your car care needs.

Exhaust pipe broke and was dragging this morning. They got me in right away and went above and beyond to take care of me and was done quicker then I thought. They definitely treat their customers great.

I went there because belle tire was so rude to me next door AGAIN. And they formed out to be my favorite place. Very cool nice and reasonable price. Most important knowledgeable.That is only place for car workl I go to now.

I would recommend this shop before any other shop in the city. I got there before they opened and Al said they could get me in. I didn’t have an appointment but the techs repaired my car and had me out in 30 mins. Please ask for Al when you get there he’s definitely one of the best technicians in the city. Total Car Care on Orchard lake road is the place to take your vehicle.

I originally called for a tow to a dealership in New Hudson MI. The driver suggested a local repair shop. I was little reluctant; women sometimes get taken advantage of, When the repairs are taken to a local shop. I am so glad I listened to the driver. The service was quick. The management was wonderful. I will be returning for more work on my vehicle

I’ve been having some trouble with my Jeep’s transmission and was told I couldn’t only take it to a dealership. I called this place and they got my Jeep in right away no 2-3 day hold and my Jeep is running great. Would totally recommend and will go back for any future work needed.

Stopped in this morning with the Toyota Camry. Was greeted immediately. The shop was very clean and thats important to me. The issue with my tire was solved right away! Took my car to an actual tire shop earlier this week. And was told there was nothing wrong with my tire. Mind you all they do is tires. Total Car Care fixed my tire right away. They were honest and didnt try to rip me off. Being a woman thats always something we have to watch for all the time. I will definitely come here 1st for all of my needs with my car. I had to have a fuel pump and control module replacement they had it done in one day! They really cared about me and the safety of my vehicle Al was awesome with helping me throughout the whole process.

Got a lot of work done here, very happy with their service and prices. AL is the man I was told I needed an engine by another shop, engine was locked had it towed to Total turns out my ac compressor was locked up. Got me in an out within a day, back on the road truck runs better than ever!

I went into this place the other morning. Once I enter the building the gentleman came in and met me with a greeting. We spoke and he asked me what brought me into the shop. I let him know I needed a minor replacement and he got my information and the job begin. I think I was there a total of 20 minutes. I was really happy with the service and I plan to return for more work on my car.

Best mechanic ive been too great pricing good worker my car was done fast the front desk person was very friendly and helpful he explained everything that was wrong with my car showed me the old parts they replaced i will highly recommend them to eveyone.

Went to car dealership and was told that I needed new brakes but would be charged extra for a full inspection and even more for servicing. Read reviews for Total Car Care and decided to get a second opinion.Al and staff immediately inspected my brakes and explained my problem. Brought the car back the next day and service was completed within 2 hours on a Friday afternoon. Great service, professionalism and energy. Will return with future needs.

I simply love it here! They are very professional and they always take care of me. Today I just needed an oil change, and Abe directed me to go around the corner to their other shop and they fit me right in. Just don’t go anywhere else, they are fair and honest people!! Always a great experience!
