This service was phenomenal -- I truly couldnt expect anything better. Victor was SO consistent the entire time in communications and accommodations. Rather than just trying to get my order out as a number he really focused on providing a quality Id truly appreciate. Which I do! Though the images dont do their work enough justice. I love this place so much, Victor and Jess are incredibly nice and super attentive. They leave my prints looking better than the originals and always help me out. I really like that I can pay for my prints with a downpayment. It’s a family owned business and they’re artists so they understand the importance of quality. Also Evan is the best employee there he always makes my day!

Very unprofessional. Take too long to respond if they even respond. Staff was making jokes on the phone while being placed in hold.

I love this place, its literally my one stop print shop lol I had bad experiences with other shops in town but this place always does my prints perfectly! And theyre so nice. The prints of my artwork come out even better than the artwork itself! Vitor and Jessica are awesome! They do stickers, prints, banners, shirts, signs and all kinds of things.

Girl in the front desk sounds and looks like if she is lost all the time. Her customer service skills are not good. Thats one person I wouldnt have in my business or office. Rude person that doesnt look or sound happy at her work.

I dropped off a design October of 2016. I have called multiple times to check on the progress of my order and it is now February. My stickers arent made and the guy that was supposed to call me to discuss the details never called me back. Now they wont answer my calls and they are still holding my design.
