I purchased the cake grand daddy purple delta 8 cart.. and it tastes like fake juice! Doesnt evens taste like hemp at all! Rip off! I am not Happy! THE CART LOOKED LIKE IT WAS TAMPERED WITH ALSO! Stopped by randomly because I’m from out of town. They were busy and all the employees were very helpful. Prices were competitive (lower than the shop at home). I picked up a product, juice, and incense. Great staff, good vibes. 👍 👍

This is my favorite Smoke Shop in town! All the staff are patient, kind, and helpful. Dakota, in particular, has assisted me countless times, and he always provides top-notch customer service, even when Im not sure what I want. I couldnt be happier giving this place my business.

I have been going to this smoke shop for several years & this is the first time the staff was not friendly! He was very rude about my mask! Just because my mask was not over my nose, he said he could see my nostrils but it was only the top on my nostrils, he stated that if I didnt pull my make up over my nose he would void my sale & make me leave! I have never seen him in there before so I believe he is new. The reason for my mask being in that position is so Im still complying with the mandatory mask order & still able to breathe because Im claustrophobic. No other store has had an issue with the way I wear my mask! Also in the mandatory mask order there is a clause about exemption for medical reasons but apparently this guy doesnt care or know about that clause!

Fantastic smoke shops with top notch merchandise. Employees are fantastic. Knowledgeable, nice, and attentive. The west Duluth location is far bigger, very impressive wares, but put the two locations together and its the best shop of its type Ive ever been too.

This is a terrible place. They are never open when posted hours. Workers have no idea about e-cigs. They have people mix their own liquid and I had no idea how much nicotine was lethal to me. I would highly recommend ditching this place and going to Lake Effect Vapor. Avoid this place at all costs.

Came here while I was in Duluth and picked up some coils for my Nord and some pods for my girlfriends Lost Orion Q on 4/20. They had a 25% sale. Their ejuice is a tad overpriced but overall would go back and recommend this place if you need some vape supplies quick.

The nearby competitors of this shop should take notice; this place has the most inexpensive and highest quality vape juice in the city (maybe even the entire area). Instead of blowing lake effect in your face and having to wade through unemployable teenagers and hipsters, this place greets you with kind and professional employees who know the store from wall to wall. The owner is clearly on the side of the customer, who seems to value your time and dollar more than his own, and is much more consummate and professional than every other owner I have met.Going anywhere else in town is a waste of your time and dollar. This is my shop, and I doubt anything will change that.Edit: After a bit of digging, I have found the negative reviews of this establishment have been created by false accounts. You know a company is doing it right when the competitions only response is casting absolutely false allegations behind a cowardly wall of anonymity.

I was a valued guest who used to love shopping here multiple times a week. Whenever I needed anything, but today i happened to get ID’d by the same guy who ID me the last couple of times. I made a comment to my girlfriend that the bald guy always ID’s me. I asked him if he could not ID us next time. He told me I could leave the store if I was going to be rude. (I will admit I called the dude bald. But what’s a little honesty?😌) I apologized and asked to see an item. He continued to help us, he even took out the displays for us! I told him, “it wasn’t necessary to pull those out but thank you!” I was ready by the register when he turned to his boss and asked him to “Deal with them because they are being rude”(bald guy). I didn’t understand because we were just looking and it seemed we had all moved passed it already due to the fact that he was still helping us. I continued to apologize again, when they did not deserve my kindness. The boss then asked us if there was an issue and my girlfriend said “no sorry we are just looking” then he told us to come back a different day. We made no objections and headed straight to the door. On our way out he said “next time learn to be polite and humble.” I am very angry at this point because I don’t know why I was being kicked out & didn’t want to cause a scene so left angrily. I will tell you this Smoke Shop, our money is going somewhere that deserves us.I understand it is the Shops right to ID anyone. It was a comment because I know if he knows I am over age he doesn’t need to ID me. He had no reason to be rude and not want to ring us up after already helping us. As a business owner myself I would say you shouldn’t work in guest service if you can’t handle a little rude comment. & the dear business owner of the smoke shop. You should have seen what the situation was or had your other employee ring us up before kicking us straight out.

I do not recommend this smoke shop. There is other ones in duluth and I will be going there from now on. I’ve boughten 2 ecigs from this one and both have been leaky and don’t work properly. I had to go back to the shop both times after getting them to have them try to fix it and all I’ve gotten back was a still broken ecig, terrible service (little to zero knowledge about any of the products here) and sarcastic replies and answers to my questions. They did not spend anytime actually asking me what was wrong with my ecig or even looking at it even though I was the only customer in the store. I’ve been coming here for as long as I have been able too and it’s sad to say I never wanna spend any of my money there again.
