I have been using AAA Sand & Stone for years. Whether it be to drop brush off for a much lower rate, or pick up gravel for driveways, or even stone to veneer new builds. They have everything I need and are always friendly. Plus they have enough staff to get me in and out without taking too much of my time

Folks are pretty rude here. Called for a quote and needed help calculating how much I needed. They proceeded to tell me hey, its really busy up here and put me on hold and never came back. Then when I called back, they didnt pick up.Probably better off finding your material elsewhere.

Love these people they were very courteous and know what theyre doing it would help you with anything that you asked the prices are very reasonable

I have been using aaa sand and stone for my landscape business for 15 years. Highly recommend.Nice selection of products and good quality. It’s a great stone yard. Yard guys are very helpful with loading and staff in office are knowledgeable about quantities from measurements given. They get busy but you can still get in and out within a half hour if you know the process. Thanks for great service for all my landscape needs

I got some fill dirt and my experience was wonderful. When I called, the associate was able to help me decide just how much dirt I needed for the project I was doing. The truck came when promised, and the drivers were very friendly and helpful with the delivery. The pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend AAA Sand and Stone to anyone. (I wish I remembered the name of the people who helped me but this was about a year ago.)

GREAT COMPANY!! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! they made it right. Kim stepped in after finding out there was a probelm with my rock delivery. The older woman at their Terrell office took my order. After driving 80 miles to chose the rock I needed I ended up reciving different rock. The older women at the Terrell office refused to do anything to help fix the problem. She was rude and wouldnt budge even after I sent her pictures of the rock. I tried on 3 occassions to get her to see the issue. When Kim, at the Dallas office, discovered there was a problem she called me right away. They immediately sent over more rock at no cost to me. AAA Sand and Stone is a terrific company. I had ordered rock from them in the past and they were great. No issues. Its a shame that one person in an office could have ruined a customers opinion. I will continue to always buy my rock from AAA S & S. Thank you Kim for working with me. and THANK YOU Carlos for delivering the rock ;) ;)

Very terrible customer service!! Ladies who answer the phone lack basic customer service skills, sound very abrupt, and are rude. When you ask them for pricing, which they dont have listed on the website, they answer in a manner as if youre bothering them. One of them sounded irritated when I asked for the pricing of their various flagstones and after she provided pricing for the 3rd type they sell, she said hold on a second, placed me on hold for 10 minutes and never came back to the phone. I hung up and called back and they answered immediately so obviously they werent busy/had me on hold for no reason. When I pointed out what theyd done, I got no apology.Last weekend, my husband went to pick up some gravel. He paid for it and they sent him to the section of their property that was supposed to have the gravel. He got there and it was all gone. He had to go back to the office where the employee then tells him that theyre out of that kind of gravel. I guess all the employees are doing their own thing over there and no one communicates with each other or they dont update their inventory so they know what they have in stock?? Terrible customer service!! Train your employees better. If you dont want to do your job, maybe you shouldnt go to work. Im sure there are tons of people looking for a job right now whod be willing to actually put some effort into what theyre doing, given the current unemployment rate, thanks to covid 19.

Kandy and her team helped me design my flagstone patio and built it to my specifications and it came out even better than I had envisioned (and Im very particular about such things). She even mixed 2 different colors of stone for me. I felt comfortable working with her and her team and they delivered everything as promised. She even followed up with me at the end to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I highly recommend their products and service!

Horrible does not even begin to describe their Customer service. At first, I was told I had to pay 2 delivery fees because I added to an order I placed. It was ridiculous because my order had not been loaded or delivered yet. After much discussion with Benjamin, he agreed that I did not have to pay a 2nd delivery fee for ONE DELIVERY. INSTEAD, I was purposefully charged double the price for 2 extra yards of dirt I added to my original order of 4 yards. STILL only ONE DELIVERY was made. When my husband and I called to resolved the outrageous bill we were treated like the dirt we ordered. Benjamin actually hung up on me and refused to answer my calls. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN and I have already warned 3 of my neighbors to stay clear of the insanity that goes on in this business. If you like being treated like dirt and being ripped off, order from AAA.

Great service & product. Called at 11 am and had delivery at 1 pm same day. Delivery driver was friendly and put the product right where I asked. Soil was easy to shovel and good quality! Very pleased.

We had a very large project, starting with drainage all the way down the side and around the back of the house.The front flower beds were reshaped and prepped as well as a flagstone path added from the front door to the street.In the back yard we had a cedar deck and a flagstone patio built and flower beds installed.The team at AAA Sand and Stone are fantastic! Kandace is helpful, prompt and on top of everything! Tony, Omar & the guys work hard and do the job right. The attention to detail is refreshing to see. No matter what I asked or requested I was met with friendly helpful faces willing to do what was needed.Their pricing is reasonable and and the selection of stone and river rock were just what we wanted.I would recommend them to anyone needing an outdoor project done.

What an awesome company!! Not only do they have great prices and quick turn around delivering the product, their staff makes customer satisfaction a real priority. My landscaping guys worked with the office staff to place an order for 8 yards of mulch and unfortunately, there was some confusion about the color of the mulch ordered. The ladies in the office were quick to respond, research the problem and took the necessary steps to correct the issue the same day. They have definitely earned my repeat business for all of my future projects.

I have been a customer for several years. The products and prices are great. The grounds are well kept and products are easy to find. We went to check them out on a Sunday because we wanted to update our pathway to our backyard. Immediately we were impressed with their prices, especially the large cement square pavers. When we went in to inquire about their service, they put me in contact with Candace who was a dream to work with. She was prompt, easy to get a hold of, very knowledgeable and executed everything smoothly. I felt comfortable working with her and she was quick to answer all my questions (there were a lot)! I highly recommend their service and products and look forward to working with them more in the future!

Went to AAA sand and stone to get some river rocks to paint. They had exactly what I needed and the price was fantastic. The ladies in the office were super friendly and helpful. I will be back to get more!

I went to get rocks for our local rock group #kaufmancountyrocks and have to say the guys were very nice and told me exactly where to go to find the river rock i wanted and it was super cheap. I will definitely be back for more.

I had AAA Sand & Gravel install a flagstone patio and was extremely pleased with their work. They were professional and kept to their scheduled completion date. Kandice was absolutely FANTASTIC to work with. She even provided design tips and advice without me even asking for it. The project ended up better than my wife and I even planned ourselves.Before the project I obtained several estimates and met with other Contractors and I am so glad we went with AAA. I paid for the convenience of getting cushion sand on a Sunday. The place I go in Rockwall was closed, and they only charge $15 for a 1/2 yard. This place charges $28. To make things worse, the sand had many small stones in it and a broken glass bottle. There is better sand, stone and glass free, at the other place. Disappointed with the price and quality.

Stephanie suggested small river rocks for my landscaping. 1/2 ton quick load up in my truck and now my yard looks ahhhh-mazing!

I am a landscape designer & believe me the service is better than all of the other larger stoneyards with good prices & fast loading service. ( No sitting & waiting to get your materials while confused new guys try to figure it all out!)They do have a smaller selection but there is always good quality stone.The best selection of moss boulders in town & the soil & compost is always a good quality

These people have filled in swimming pools for my customers & made it look like there was never a pool that existed. Great people. Great Service.

Had them do a large retaining wall around my pool. Took weeks just to get the guy (Keith) to return my calls and to come over and give an estimate; hes a nice guy, but not very customer oriented. The wall was done quickly and looks fine. One thing is that he overestimated and bought too many blocks for the wall. We were not able to return them and did not have enough room to keep them - so we paid for something we did not use. I felt that he did not do a very good job of explaining his pricing in advance. Though the work was done satisfactorily, I dont think that I would recommend them due to other complications.

We spent some time at AAA stone when we bought our home in Dallas. We needed a lot of gravel to go around dozens of pavers we were putting in to replace grass in our back yard. We specified and paid for Tejas Black gravel, as we wanted the contrast between the Tejas and light gray cement pavers. When it was delivered, we could not tell what it was due to lots of gravel dust all over the load.Once installed, we discovered it was a lighter granite gravel and NOT what we ordered. We contacted AAA and told them what happened. They denied that they had delivered the wrong product.I sent them an email with a photo of the finished installation.I received no response.We will NEVER do business with them again.Not only did they deliver the wrong product, they CHARGED us for the more expensive Tejas Black.

I stopped by their location to look at some pallets of flagstone and found some nice sized ones for my new patio. I paid for them and was hoping to have them delivered. The pallet I recieved was full of small broken pieces and the largest stone was approximately 12 × 6.I didnt even hesitate to call and inform the office manager that I recieved something different than what I had ordered. I explained what they were to be used for, just as I had explained when I originally picked my pallet of flagstone.I was told, You get what you get.I told her that what they delivered was completely useless for my project.Several hundred dollars down the drain and I got charged for them to dump their trash in my driveway!I will never use them again or recommend rhem to anyone.

Service was so bad, a guy in line decided to answer my questions. The women working the counter acted like they never heard of stone being used for a retaining wall. So drove a 60 mile round trip to get what I needed.
