We have had a wonderful experience here. They did a lot of work on our truck and charged very reasonable prices! Very friendly and organized! They will be the only mechanic shop we go to and will be highly recommended by us! They have so many things they work on including boats. We now have a boat in the works with them and another truck off ours being worked on now. Diesel or gas motors they do it!!

Bought a motor from them and had them to do the work. It took two and a half months and they took parts from the motor i purchased and the motor wasnt any good. They do not value there customers

I had issues with my Pathfinder. I took it to them and they put new tires and new lighting connections on my trailer package. All went very well with those installs. I blew my engine in that car towing a boat. I called Robbie about a possible fix. He had a car for sale. He was extremely fair, had the title and it has been the best ride I ever bought. Love these guys and their team! They did a great Job and helped when I needed it the most!

These guys were a huge help, got my front end tightened up in no time. Great group of folks here, and very talented under the hood of any vehicle or boat.

Great service, quick return on vehicles, we have had grease monkey service our whole fleet of diesel trucks including personnel vehicles. The mechanics even stayed late on a Saturday to fix our service truck that we needed to take out of town. Great crew

Great business! Our SUV broke down and they towed my vehicle and replaced my engine that had cracks in block. Was a used engine with no warranties. Two weeks later broke down again and they towed me back again and replaced engine again at no charge. Ran great for years after. Used them many times with other family cars and would highly recommend.

The owner of this establishment is dishonest and unabashedly racist. I would discourage you from patronizing his business.They tried to sell me a 2003 Ford E350 van. They told me the van was owned by the Veterans Administration in Florida. The odometer in the vehicle showed 104k. While we were there, the owner made openly racist statements, commenting that he hoped a Mexican wouldnt buy the van, because theyd destroy it. I really needed a vehicle like this, so I tried to look past the fact that the owner is a bigot. Fortunately, before we reached a deal, I discovered he was also lying about the van.Carfax indicated that the vehicle had never been registered in Florida. It had 5 previous owners (not 3, as I was told.) The last known odometer reading was 184k. This was not a typo - there were multiple previous entries showing mileage over the indicated 104k. Someone rolled the odometer back - presumably someone at Grease Monkeys. The owner informed me the vehicle had never been in an accident. Again, Carfax disagreed, reporting moderate damage in 2012.Ive attached screenshots of the classified ad and the CarFax as proof. This is just one mans experience, but Id warn others to be very wary of this family-owned business. They may not be telling you the truth.

Been to different shops to get our vehicles worked on and found out they were over priced and did work that really didnt need to be done that could wait but with my experience with Grease Monkey r straight up front with you and anything else that needs to be done they have showed me and explained it to me. With the prices and great work they do I will tell and send people I know to them.

The owner Robbie is a crook. He buys parts from vendors and does not pay them.He has absolutely no morals whatsoever and he sets up charge accounts with no intention to pay and then avoids phone calls when trying to collect. I wouldn’t buy anything from him!

I have used this shop for the last three years for all my repairs and I have never had any problems with them. Theyve always treated me well. I have purchased two cars from Grease monkey automotive and I have never had a problem with them. Anytime I needed anything all I had to do is call them. GREAT job thank you grease monkey.

*DO NOT USE* “Owner,” Robbie is not only a liar but also a unhonest, greedy, cheap, joke of a business owner. He is disrespectful to his customers AND employees, uses illegal help (whom he verbally abuses), lies to his “employees” about their pay rate so that he can use them as long as possible and then tell them they’re not competent after the work is completed for a low rate, enough to benefit his business of course though! Calling his mechanical work a “bandade fix” is a compliment, he uses junk yard auto parts and then charges you full price. Textbook nightmare mechanic shop..... you’ve been warned.

Okay so, I would like to set the record straight here as far as a few comments are concerned.. first off grease monkeys automotive is very in detail about their work and take their time so that they do not miss anything, not a single detail. I knew the entire crew, Including Robbie mcglamary the owner of the shop. Ive been using them for a long time ad well as working for him now. Not one time has Mr mcglamary ever disrespected me, so to speak. I love my job although it gets as stressful as another. I feel like some people are just negative people. Always have something to say weather or not it is actually factual. An employee as well as a customer I highly recommend this shop they range from many mechanical issues to engine swaps to auto and body. Anything you need this place can and will get done for you. We strive to accommodate everyone who comes through here. So if you were the one or two out of the hundreds we have served that truly had a bad experience then im sorry. But we have several routine that wouldnt have us any other way. Good luck I hope this review helped those of you looking for recommendations.

If I could give this Jokester a 0 stars I would. Not only did he joy ride in my car for 3 weeks taking it on vacation to Florida with him, he stole my fairly new battery, his fat a** Ripped open my driver seat panel and not to mention added so much miles to my vehicle... almost 6-7,000 miles to be exact all in a months time frame... he tried to take off with my insurance check claiming that we were going to be selling him our car... claimed that we knew him and that we went way back... first off I was never going to sell him my car( ummm the bank owned it) and not once never did I say hey take my car on your vacation... nor did I say hey take my battery out of my car and trade it for a battery that was dirt old and inoperable at that!! Why he took my battery out of my car was still a huge question??( thank God I knew what my battery had on it(CC battery) and that it didnt say the date on the battery, I had my receipt as well) Then when he replaced the old battery in the car he almost blew it up cause he put it in back wards almost totally screwing up my car.. I had every light on in my cars dashboard possible up, not to mention my computer was going nuts. All I brought my car in to do was a front door panel repair and fender panel repair … When I finally got my car back over a month later I got all of its headaches he gave once returned to its owner. Denied all of his wrong doings!! Leaving his mechanic to fix all his scams and illegal actions. I so would take this illegal crook Robbie to the cleaners but once looking up his background he apparently has done this to so many people that he has other pending actions against him... be very weary of this place !!! Robbie is a well known crook and has changed business names many times to escape his wrong doings !! DO NOT SEND YOUR BUISNESS THERE !!!!! You will be in worse shape then you were before … please take heed in my situation he did to me, it has been awful to see your nearly perfect car dropped off to be picked up to all those surprises Robbie did. This place not only has done this to me, but has stolen off with others cars as well, that I did see as well as his lengthy back ground check. BE WARNED, HE IS A CROOK AND A THEIF !!!!!!

Honest and to the point!

I am the owner of this business and would like to address and clarify the information behind the negative review from DION P. The engine was purchased in the beginning of January and yes, we do have a 30 day warranty on all engines and transmissions, 90 days if we do the install. Mr. Pownall purchased the engine on January 9th and did not call about it until April 25th. When the engine left my shop it was running perfectly. I do not know if this person left the engine unwrapped and it maybe got rained on, but had he called and returned with an issue within the 30 day time period I would have been more than happy to fix any problems or refund any money. But after almost 4 months, I cannot honor a 30 day warranty.

STAY AWAY!!!! This guy is NOT a man of his Word, he is crued, a lair, and is dishonest with his customers. The worst person I have ever delt with, his work and staff is awful. Sold me a service truck and that was suppose to be clean good truck with no problems, gave me his word that I wont have to do anything to it because his mechanic has been through the whole motor and replaced just about everything. The truck was clean and steam washed before i arrived so no oil stains or residue. Needless to say when I got home It had multiple oil and transmission leaks. As well the oil pan was bent and cracked so they had it blue glued back on together and not properly fixed. I tried to contact him for fix or return and I was called a lair and dishonest person repeatedly, and someone who didnt know what I was talking about... also said I cant believe you have the guts to call me over this..when clearly it was his/his staffs fault. After that he proceeded to say I could return the truck for a full refund... I was ON MY WAY BACK to diliver the truck and call me and told me to TURN AROUND and that he was NOT going to take the truck back!! He said it was my problem now and he already had his money..... NO REFUND or NO RETURN. If you are reading this I would never recommend this shop and I would run the opposite direction before he robs you blind. I have delt with a lot of crazy people but never one like this. STAY AWAY!!! Also he said it was his personal truck and it had148,000 miles which was all a lie!!? the Carfax said over 200,00 miles. So Im guessing the guys a Grease MONKEY are turning back the odometers, As well as lying​ to your face about everything just so they will suck you into buying a vehicle and leave you empty handed. DO NOT DEAL With these CROOKS!!!!!!!

BOUGHT AN ENGINE FROM RONNIE THE OWNER PAID $1850. GOT IT HOME AND TOOK THE HEADS OFF TO PUT ARP STUDS AND HEAD GASKETS ON IT AND IT WAS FULL OF WATER... HAVE TRIED FOR MONTHS TO GET A HOLD OF HIM. HE CALLED TONIGHT AND HURLED PROFANITYS AT ME AND THREATENED TO FIGHT ME... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PERSON HE IS A LIAR AND A THIEF. HE WILL GIVE RECEIPT WITH PURCHASE AND A 30 DAY WARRANTY BUT YOU WILL NEVER GET A HOLD OF HIM... VERY UNTRUSTWORTY.... BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
