Purchased new tires for my truck, when they put it on the rack to do the alignment, they call and say it’s going to be an additional $900 to replace the front end which was just replaced a year ago. We asked if they guy calling actually seen what the mechanic was saying was bad, nope just took his word. Said they would put it back on the rack when we got there and show us what needed to be replaced. We we got there they told us it would be an hour and a half to two hours before they can put it back in the rack. Only to leave there and the tire pressure lights on, there’s not enough air in the tires and one of them isn’t registering. So after a 3rd 30min trip there they tell us they aren’t sure how long before they can get to it. Customer service and integrity is not their strong point.

They are great! We were driving through mississpi and got a nail in our tire. They made the repair quickly and professionally and took extra care with our Porsche Macan. They were also very friendly and we enjoyed visting with them during the surprisingly short wait. Highly recommend.

Had a flat during an emergency, they were very busy but still got it changed quickly. Helped me out of a potentially bad spot.

This is THE nicest car/tire place I have EVER been inside!! So clean. Even the restroom!! Kudos to the designer and whomever keeps it so clean.Oh yeah- they took really good care of my tire problems for an excellent price.Call me impressed all the way around!!

(3 days ago) Tire pressure light on, needed to address that issue. I remember someone mentioned to me they offered this service. Hesitated but went there anyway, 10 minutes before they closed. The young lady instructed me to drive around to the work area (where several workers were very busy), sending someone there to help me right away. The worker was so pleasant, airing up my tires, and explaining how the warning light worked. THANK YOU BOZEMAN TIRE!!!

We were on our way to Reunion Lake with our camper and had two blow outs.! We took the tires to Bozeman tire and they got us two new tires mounted and had us back on our way within 20 minutes ! Excellent service! Thank you for the quick turn around!

Quick and easy service with a no hassle sales staff up front. Walked in without calling ahead and had a new set of balanced tires within an hour an a half. They even had to get my set of tires from their other location. Highly satisfied with the service and the price! I definitely recommend getting any of your tire needs here!

Very friendly, a little slow but were very very busy. Could have charged me for work that I didnt need done instead told me the work was not needed. Jason at the front check-in desk was very honest.

Bozeman Tire and Service, which bought Genes Tire Service, isnt coustomer friendly in my opinion.I waited over an hour for an oil change, charged for an airfilter, that I wasnt consulted about beforehand,rotation of tires was extra and thatsWhy my husband bought my tires there! After talking to the owner, Mr. Boseman, he was told that he merely bought the building from Genes TireCo. not the coustomers! In other words...if you got your tires from Genes, they dont honor the contractThat you made with Gene...free tire rotation with your oil change, and theyCharge extra to grease parts and check fluid levels...I wasnt told of that either...I read this on my receipt which totalled $51.00.I would encourage anyone who goes there for Service what is your price and please dont replace anything without consulting me first.I am no longer a coustomer.
