I will definitely come back and get the rest of my truck upgraded with these guys. I’m a very skeptical person, but I was very very impressed with the quality of work. Victor always answered my questions and was very commutative with me throughout my process. I got a KENWOOD 1037s installed in my f150 and I love it. Also while I was there they told me I can get a free windshield replacement and they came in clutch, and also got all my windows tinted. I love my upgrades that were done to my truck. I highly recommend anyone stopping by and giving them a shot.

This place did a number on me, all my windows on my new Hyundai Elantra were scratched from the inside with the spatula used for the tints in my car. The car is scratched for life I returned to have the issue looked at and they told me nothing comes out perfect theres always gonna be a scratch here and there. These people they got working in there have caused damages to my car the inside of the door is pulled apart my car makes all kinds of rattling noises from inside the doors. They could have all the 5 stars in the world but they really messed my car all up. Is sad very sad.

I will only use Performance Pit Shop for upgrades to my vehicle. I took my 3rd vehicle there for LED lighting upgrades. Victor and the whole crew there knocked it out of the park again and exceeded my expectations!! Their customer service is top notch everytime!! I was blown away by their work and the finished product. I can promise you will never be disappointed with the quality of their work and the products they use. It was worth the 20 mile drive there!!

Just want to provide a quick update, the owner called within 12 hours and offered to fix my concerns. Again, they do a great job as already stated below, just had a concern with driving at night with tinted windows, and the misunderstanding with the Florida law and the chances one takes with tinted windshield.Not sure what to think of Performance Pit Shop. They do great work. I had my windows tinted except for my windshield, I wanted the strip. One of the sales people talked me out of it, and talked me into a complete windshield tint. I was not sure so I wanted a week to think about it. After a week I went back and got the entire windshield done with 70 VLT. As I was paying for it the sale person had me sign a wavier saying that I knew it was against the law. I researched Florida law, and now I feel manipulated.

No pressure sales, they believe in all the products they carry so if you decide to upgrade its because you listened to the facts they presented and determined your need to upgrade. Came to Pit Performance inquiring about installing two new HID headlights to replace my old ones which I had for over 4 years as one of them burnt out. They suggested I don’t need new bulbs as I asked for, rather a re-wiring of power to them. $200, and four weeks later I am left with two burnt out bulbs, and no low beam headlights at night. I call to ask what they suggest (assuming I would be offered a warranty on their work, or bulbs like I originally went here for) and they said I can come in and pay for new bulbs. No warranty on their work after 4 weeks! Currently sitting at Toyota of Tampa Bay waiting to spend another $250 because of the incompetence here. Technician showed photos of re-wiring work done that was left draped across my radiator. Mentioned the story to my friend, just so happens he had a similar experience at Performance Pit years ago with his Cadillac. Came to Performance Pit for the hundreds of great reviews, though I sure wouldn’t recommend any work on headlights here. Very frustrating.

Crew here is very professional and very knowledgeable about their products. They explain the pros and cons to you and make sure that you as the customer is well informed before you make a decision on your vehicle. I had brought in a Tesla Model Y, and for those in the know, you know with the amount of electronics in the car you really need to be very careful introducing liquids to the interior of your car. The lads here mitigated for that and took their time to make sure the tint went on well and didnt damage the vehicle. Outstanding work, will recommend to friends and co-workers in the area.

This company was amazing!!! I wanted ghost lights installed on my car. They had the best service with the best price! There was no shady business going on... they are quick, efficient, honest and friendly! I will definitely go back if I need anything done to my Benz!

I cannot recommend them enough. They did my original replacement windshield due to rock chips and tint on my Jeep Wrangler, and was beyond impressed with their professionalism and quality of service. Unfortunately, the following week my windshield cracked once again as a result of a bird. They informed me of my right to replace the windshield three times a year due to Florida being a construction state, and happily assisted me with filing the claim. My Jeep was done the same Saturday I dropped it off.

For the longest my window didn’t work I had stalled on having it fixed. Finally I heard about this place that tints windows. But I only had my driver window repaired. They ordered my part and in one week I had it installed it. Really good price as well. Happy with their services. Definitely coming back to get my windows tinted.

This shop is Amazing!!! I love the tinting Job they did!! An early birthday gift from my husband. Also I got dizzy and almost passed out while walking to my car and they were so concerned about me they gave me water and a chair to sit down. They checked on me to make sure I was okay. We are coming back for more work.

After arriving for my appointment, I was told the price would be more than they quoted me the week before. This should’ve been my sign. I told them they entered the information into their computer system, but they failed to look at the information while I was at the store. After I left, they called and texted me telling me that indeed the quoted price was in the system. I agreed to come back for the agreed upon service. After the service was performed, a large hole was noted in my bumper. I notified the shop of the issue.I arrived at the shop when they opened and was shown a video of how the damage occurred. It was an accident (which happens). Initially the manager said they’d take care of everything, but then he changed his mind stating there was preexisting damage-even though there’s no proof of preexisting damage. They did 2 different intake forms for my vehicle, and neither noted any damage on the bumper. My bumper had no damage or holes prior to my arrival-their video evidence supports this. The only thing we have proof of is that the technician damage my bumper, to the point it is in no longer functional and needs to be replaced. They admitted to the damage but refused to replace the bumper due to unproven “preexisting damage”. What are the odds that a 9 day old car has damage and is then damaged again in the same exact spot and is caught on camera? I bet my odds are better to win the lottery.They are nice enough guys and did a good jobs on the tint, just be aware that they won’t fix damage done at their facility. The manager asked for a few days to review the cameras to prove preexisting and was not contacted again.

If I could give it a zero, I would. The older man was very rude. Maybe the owner. Just there for insurance inspection. Need to get windows tinted. Will not go there.

I would have to say I was a little miffed when I got my first car tinted. I thought it was to pricy, however the work was great and after experiencing the different in the product I got my second car done. They were right get the good tint in the first place. Car is cooler, and I do not have to place a sunscreen over the dashboard.

When I originally called here they said they were booked but could put me on a waiting list if any spots opened up. About 20-30 minutes later they called & said they could fit me in today. Would give them 5 stars in quality of work, sound system sounds great but I was told the window for installation would be 2-3 hours, after I dropped it off it took around 5 hours to complete and I was sitting in the parking lot as they started sending employees home and closing the gate up still waiting for my vehicle at 6:20 pm, so in terms of time and professionalism towards an accurate time stamp it was lacking as I had to arrange for transportation and was asked to be there by 5:45pm which I did so promptly expecting the work to be done, not to wait in the parking lot another 35 minutes holding my ride up from doing things they needed to get accomplished

Brought my show car in to upgrade the speakers and wire the sub.. I had Inifinty components for the door and some infinity 6x8 for the rear all to be hooked up to my 6 channel infinity amp. The sub was already in a box in the trunk. Upon picking my car up, Im told they could only get 4 channels to work (It was working fine in my previous car).. so pay the bill and they bring me my old speakers.. therea only 2 in the box. I ask where my rear speakers are - I go look and theyre still in the car. Come to find out they installed both sets of speakers in the door! Seriously?! They did not wire the amp because they said it was not discussed when I dropped the car off. Umm, all rhenspeakets were in the trunk in boxes and the sub was already in an enclosure (just needed wiring) - I told Diego these are front, and these are the rears and sub (pointing them out).. where is the common sense?! Theres so much feedback from the speakers I have a headache from the hour drive home. They do very good window tinting - I had my wifes car done there so I brought my car for audio - BIG FN MISTAKE!! I also didnt mention they lost 4 of my trunk liner clips. My airlift controller and cord for dash cam were put in the glove box.. nothing was as it was when I dropped it off. FOR CAR AUDIO AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! They discounted a $200 wiring kit by $50..and offered to install rear speakers free of charge. With the work thus far, I refused that offer.. sad sad service..

Great work on the tint installation and pricing!Not so good when you dirty a customers vehicle, leave the shops bottle in the vehicle, change the customers HVAC, seat, radio, and drive settings and not fix it. Your shop can standout from the competition by ensuring the final product of your labor out delivers other shops!

Stay away from this place if you use snap finance. They charge you a processing fee and say its snap thats charging but snap doesnt charge anything upfront. I called snap. And have used snap in other stores. If they are lying about that. What else are they lying about

Almost a year ago now, I got my durango tinted. I get compliments every day on how good it looks!

I had a great experience here. I called them in the morning and was able to get the tint done while I waited on the same day. They were fairly quick too. The whole process took about two hours. While I was there, Victor the general manager, explained the benefit of having my windshield replaced before getting it tinted due to the many rock chips I had acquired. They also called my insurance and set up a glass replacement while I was there as well. After waiting, I was impressed with the results. The tint looks fantastic! I was able to notice the reduction of interior heat right away which was great since that is mostly the reason I had it done. All in all, I was blown away by the great service I got here. Everybody was very friendly and genuinely cared about my experience. The icing on the cake was that Victor was cleaning the water spots off my car with a cloth that were there from the installation of the tint. I am very happy with the results and would definitely recommend this place for a good tint job! 👍👍

They were very professional and went over and above taking extra precautions by covering the interior door panels, protecting the white interior and electronics as well as the chrome trimming. This place is a rip off, made appointment to tint 2 front windows quoted me 60.00 on the phone got down there it went up to 120.00, didnt have the product to strip across top of front window, so made appointment for 2 weeks later they called to confirm appointment, but when I got down there didnt have the product was not available, when I said to the manager you could have told me on the phone, all he rudely said was we call the day before. Manager is very arrogant, then wanted to charge me 80.00 to put on 4 stick on window visors that I already had ..I am a senior citizen that has a sun and heat sensitivity on fix income .. Bad business very greedy

I was looking for a reputable place to get my windows tinted. Was referred by a couple people to their shop. I stopped in and Victor greeted me while helping another couple. Once he was done helping the other couple, he looked at my car, gave me a price and offered to get me in that afternoon or the next morning. I took the next day appointment and dropped my Infiniti G35 off in the AM, and picked it up early afternoon. They did a fantastic job and took the time to inspect the windows with me before leaving to make sure I was satisfied. I will update if any issues, but at this point I’m very satisfied and will use them in the future, as well as, send referrals their way.

I needed the radio replaced in my motorhome replaced. I wanted to use a big box retailer due to their nationwide warranty. However they “don’t do motorhomes any longer due to covid”. Makes no sense. Anyways, I located this shop via google search and called to see if they could help me. Victor was polite and professional. He asked me to come early so as to get me in a spot before other customers were arriving. Then we scheduled an appointment.I arrived at the agreed upon time and met with him. He determined what my needs were and suggested multiple products to fulfill those needs. I made my choice and the install was complete within an hour. I was there for a total of 1 1/2 hours. The installer was quick and thorough. I appreciate these guys and their ability to adapt to help and work around my schedule and large vehicle size. If I am ever in the area again and need services, I will definitely use them again.

Scheduled an appointment with Victor via text message. Walked in at my scheduled time and was told by the front door individual that I didnt have an appointment. No checking. No actual looking. He did not ask for my name. He looked at me and said that I did not have an appointment. At that point, I pulled up the text message to prove that I had an appointment. Then all of a sudden, I will check with Victor.Very rude. Energy off. And I really wanted to take my business elsewhere. However, they were recommended and Im not from here, and I needed my windows tinted today. But, for the service I received, I wanted to leave a review because it was unnecessary. Not to mention, the employee did not even offer an apology. Being professional at all times is a good quality to have.My windows did come out nice though. Going to see how they look after 5 days.Update Next Day: Got in my car just now to see a scratch/rip in the tint. I can run my finger over it and I can feel where there is a tear in the tint. I paid $100 for two front windows. I expected them to be perfect.
